Twenty-Five years agoDavid Litwin, who in the past 36 years has built a small Iola second hand store into a prosperous chivn of eiaht department stores, has announced his retirement from the retail business. F. D. Newcomb, Fort Scott, will manage the lola store and Ben Litwin, Chanute, will be general manager of the chain with headquartersthere. ?
