District Court Jury i Finds Pair GuiltyA guilty verdict has been returned by a district court jury 1,in a case involving charges of | (■*breaking and entering and grand larceny against Fermin : Gonzales, 18, of 1011 Arno NE,and David Jose Tapia, 20, of 512 Slate NE.Dist. Judge D. A. Maepher-aon, who presided at the one-1 day trial, set sentencing ofTapia and Gonzales for Monday morning. The pair was convicted of breaking into a building and taking a KE land transit. Owner of the transit was George T. Jaynes,! 300 La Plata NW, who has a building contractor business at 905 Broadway NE. ‘
