New Law on Jurors.Judge Rogers of the superior court in issuing a recent order for a special venire of jurors informed the sheriff that the property qualification was no longer a requisite for a trial juror. The act passed by the lasta;beialt;walegislature and now in effect, does j not require that a citizen must be on the assessment roll in order to serveaon a jury.
