Mundy pleaded guilty to five counts of killing elk in excess of the bag limit. The limit is one and he killed six. jJSuperior Court Judge W. R. C Cole sentenced Mundy to five months in jail on each count, with]C sentences to nin consecutively, and fined him $1,250, with $750 suspended.Judge Cole announced that five I months of the jail sentence—total- a ing two years and one month— would he suspended automatically I each year, provided Mundy had not hunted or fished anywhere in t the previous year.
