Garrow. of Syracuse, who was charged with murder in the death of a young Adirondack camper last summer. was ruled competent to stand trial after a hearing Tuesday before Hamilton County Court Judge George W. Mar-then.*• The hearing was granted alter a request by Garrow's lawyers. The judge did not set a date to consider other defense motions.Garrow. 37, is under indictment in the knife-slaying last July 29 of Philip Domblewski. 18, of Schenectady at a campsite near Speculator.
