Hit-Run Accident George Petrella of Box 114, Chautauqua, informed police of a hit and run incident at 10:31 p.m., Sunday. He declared that he parked his pickup truck near 51 E. Second St. A hit-run car backed out of Columbus Street and struck the front bumper of the truck. Police were told that the hit-run vehicle may be a blue Ford.
