THE ROYAL COURT — A White Rock girl representing Los Alamos County was crowned 1974 New Mexico State Fair Queen Friday night at the fairgrounds in Albuquerque.; Madeleine Gere, 20, daughter of Mr.: and Mrs. John S. Berkson of White Rock, is a business major at the University of California, Santa Barbara; her runnerups,in -gie..
