A wedding was solemnized Sep tember 21, at “ pm., at the home of Mr. and Mrs. T. Bain, 684 Strathconast, when Margaret, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Younger, became the bride of William White, son of the late Rev. John White and Mrs. White. The officiating clergyman was the Rev. Andrew Reid, of Chamers United church. The drawing room was decorated with ferns and gladioli. To the strains of the bridal chorus from Lohengrin, played by Mr. James Manson, the bride en tered with her father, who gave her in marriage. She was attired in a gown of white Mousseline De Soie, slightly en train. The bodice featured a high neck line with ruffled sleeves. A wire sash of Ciel blue taffeta defined the waist line, the long ends falling to the hem of the gown. Her hat was an ‘off the face made of Ciel blue taffeta, and she wore a corsage of roses and lilies of the valley. The bride and bridegroom were un attended. A reception followed the ceremony.
