Strobel, the hist member ofthe Rrainerd National Guard unit to be re ported killed in action in defense of his country, in the Philippines, w as bni n on Nov 14, 1916,at Mankato, Minn, and was 25i on t rad-i shefromtiallvyears of age at the time of his death. Allen K Dripps. who will be assisted by the Rev. W. R. Thomas. Special vocal selections will be offered by a double octette from the high school choir, and by a trio of women from the Evangelical church, Glende Lunde wall read the Gettysburg address, andtaps will be sounded by Harold Nelson of the Legion organization.This service is open to the public and a cordial invitation is extended to all who desire to attend Veteran organizations are invited to attend in a body, and reservations willbe made for those requesting same.
