A Festival. We are requested to announce that a festival, for the benefit of Emmanuel Church, will take place at the “Sierra Nevada House” on Wednesday evening next. We have seen no programme of the affair, but the ladies are getting it up, and for the avowed purpose of making the boys come out — so, depend upon it, there will be fun. 4* 1 here be souls that must be saved,” and churches that must be supported; and when it can be done so pleasantly let's do it with a will.
