State Police Make Accident Arrests William Bolyard, 19, of 25 Main St., Westover, and Junior Swear inger, 19, of Reedsville, were placed in the County Jail about 1 a.m. today on charges of intoxi cation, following an automobile accident in Denlslow. Bolyard will be arraigned be fore a local magistrate today on a charge of driving while intoxi cated. State Police made the ar rest. The Bolyard car careened off the highway about 12:30 a.m. just west of the Delislow bridge and crashed into a house. The roof supports were knocked down. The car damage was minor and neither man was injured. In another case, Clarence Bell of Morgantown, pleaded guilty to a charge of drunken driving, and was fined $50 plus costs by Magis trate Mrs. John P. Shale. Bell was arrested by State Police fol lowing a one-car accident Thurs day night along the Laurel Point Road. Marion T. Pyles, 41, of Univer sity Avenue, has been placed in the County Jail in aem of $2,500 bond on two counts of attempted felonious assault. He appeared to day before Magistrate William M. Bowers. Pyles was arrested Tuesday night after he forced a John N. Nine to driver him from Tunnel ton to Morgantown.
