Short Ilness Is Fatal To Huron Woman; Funeral Services Incomplete After but a few days illness with bron chial pneumonia and uremic poisoning .Mrs. Elizabeth Stephenson Murray died about 12:30 o'clock this afternoon at her home in the Costain Apartments. Born April 9, 1857, at Pepin, Wis., she lived there for about eight years and then moved to a farm near Lake City, Minn., living there for five and a half years. After moving to Farm Hill, near Elmwood, Wis., she lived there until after her mar riage Peb. 20, 1876, to Emera A. Murray at Maiden Rock, Wis. They pioneered in that vicinity living principally in Me nominee, Wis., until 27 years ago when they moved to Huron in June, 1910. Mr. Murray died here Oct. 23, 1914 Surviving her are two daughters and three sons: Miss Gladys Murray of Hur lon, with whom she made her home; Mrs. H. O. Petrie, A. G. Murray, E. F. Murray and O. B. Murray, all of St. Paul They were all here with her during her illness and death. In addition there are seven grandchildren and three great grand children. Mrs. Murray was a direct descendant on her maternal side to Arabella Lyons, a sister of Lord Lyons of Dublin, Ireland, and a cousin of Ed Conway of the Con way Piano Company, Chicago. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church, Women’s Relief Corps, Rebekah Lodge, Kremlin Sodak Club and of the Pioneer Club of Huron. Funeral services had not been com pleted today.
