Perry A. Dehoney, 85, 1318 N. Cherry Street, Rushville, died at 2:48 a.m. Tuesday, July 13, 1993 at Millers Merry Manor in Rushville. Born July 7, 1908 in Morgan County, he was the son of James W. Dehoney and Mary Alice Palmer. He married Ethel Rushton on June 19, 1930. She survives. He had resided in Rushville since 1935. He worked for over 20 years as a cabinet builder at Admiral in Shelbyville then served as a watchman there when he retired in 1972. He was a WW II Army veteran. Survivors besides his wife include two sons: Wesley De honey, Rushville, Lonnie Dehoney, Rushville; one daughter: Mrs. Michael (Carolyn) Lacy, Connersville; one sister: Mrs. Joseph (Evabelle) Kenworthy, Mooresville and three grand children. He was preceded in death by one daughter, one brother and one son. Services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Moster and Cox Mortu ary in Rushville with Dr. John Sargent officiating. Burial will be in the East Hill Cemetery in Rushville. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Moster and Cox Mortuary.
