The ‘La Nacional’! The Company which will produ series of repertoire plays from June 4th to June 25th at Dreamland Hall is‘one of the’ best known and ‘suc cessful’ Spanish theatrical com panies in the United States. They have made their appearance many times and for long periods in San Antonio, El Paso, Douglas, Tuc son, Los Angeles and all the prin cipal towns of the southwest. They carry a magnificent collec tion of scenery and costumes en abling them to be perfectly the principal dramas‘and operas of the Spanish . The company includes players of recognized artistic merit in all the principal theaters of Mexico. Among them are Adolfo Gutierrez, “whose work has been enthusiastically re ceived in the Lyric Theater of Mex ico City; Berta Solorzano and F. Diaz de Leon, who have appeared in the Theaters Arben, Hidalgo, Orrin and the DJ Leon. of Mexico City; Robérto Rojas, who has appeared in the Alcazar and Lyric; David Por tugel who has appeared in the Co jon and Mexicano and Marie Gu tierrez and Maria Gonzales, famous all over the republic. These artists with the others com prising the company have all play ed to some of the greatest audiences in all the principal theaters of Mex ico. At the head of the company comes the well known actor D. Gumersindo Gutierrez, whose fame is established in the Mexican republic and whose long and successful career has won for him the love and admiration of the public. . . ‘The management of the Dream land has made the different ar rangements necessary for the com fort and convienence of the au dience and the success ‘of the play.
