Paquin Will Among Many Papers Filed with Court A petition for administration in estate of Judge Joseph R. Paquin, late of Biddeford, who died in testate May 7, was allowed by Judge Harry B. Ayer, at probate court, Alfred, today. No estimate of the value of the estate accom panied the petition, which was from the law office of Harold D. Carroll, this city. The petition is granted special notice by Lider Ayer, June 1. he request for administration was brought by the widow, Marie R. Paquin, who was made admin istratrix, without bond. The only heir-at-law listed was the daughter, Dorothy M. Paquin. Judge Paquin was judge of the Biddeford municipal court a number of years. Will of Moses Randall, late of Kittery, brought by Cora E. Randall, the widow, who asked to be made executrix, without bond. The estate is not expected to ex ceed $3,000 real and $2,000 per sonal. Terms of the will follow. One dollar to each of the fol lowing children: Lilla J. Libby, Wilbur H., Webster S., Edith C., Marion B. and Morris Randall, and Jesse M. Pinkham. The widow is then made residu lary legatee, with power to sell any portion of the estate she may deem necessary. In case there would be any remainder at her death the same is to go in equal shares to the following children: Emma, Doris, Alice and Erma Randall. The will is dated May 24, 1913, and witnessed by Elmer J. Burn ham, John A. Grant and Arnaldo Natino. Large Inventory. Inventory in estate of Frank C. Frisbee, late of Kittery, by George L. Tremetheren and Har ry E. Roberts, Kittery, and Frank E. Parsons, York. The appraisal was in two parts ,one covering the personal effects of Frisbee and the second his interest as partner in the firm of Frisbee Bros., Kittery, auto dealers, and general storekeepers. In their return the appraisers reported the personal estate as follows: Goods and chattels, $875; rights and credits, $9,976.95. In the partner ship, $15,938.19, making a total of $26,790.14. Moulton, ad ministratrix, who reported a bal ance of $2,415.64, which is dis tributed as follows: Mary E. Moulton, $805.21; to each of the following, $402.61. Wells, Barbara *F., Elroy S. and Mary E. Moul ton. First and final account of Victor S. Sawyer, late of Kittery, by Frank C. Frisbee, administrator, who reports a small estate. Inventory in estate of Exdras Croteau, late of Biddeford. By Saul Gagne, Biddeford, who ap praised the estate as follows: Real property, $2,600. Goods and chattels, $181.75. Rights and credits $371. Total $38,152.75. At test, Philibert Croteau, executor. Commissioners’ Report. The report of Robert B. Seidel and Wm. H. Stone, both Biddeford attorneys, named by the court to hear a disputed claim agaist the estate of Monte F. Dennett, late of Kennebunk, was filed and allowed Thursday. The claim was for $720, and the commissioners allowed $65. John P. Deering, Saco, is ad ministrator of the estate. First and final account in estate of Mabel A. Ferguson, late of Kittery, by Charles F. Ferguson, executor, showing an estate of $1,308.75. All disbursed. Inventory in estate of Charlotte C. Weir, late of Biddeford. By Basil Emery, Biddeford, who ap praised the state as follows: Real, $100. Goods and chattels, $485. Rights and credits, $2,348.19. Total $2,933.19. Attest, Leon W. Miles. Petition for administration in estate of Conrad Turgeon, late of Biddeford. By Anna Turgeon, Biddeford, mother. No estimate accompanied the petition.
