TRIBUNE SPECIAL Blackfoot, Mar. 1.—Ernest Kelsey of Shelley swore out a warrant Mon day afternoon charging Artie Wil ford with disturbing the peace. Dee Aliphin and M. F. Clark were released Saturday having completed the sentence of 10 days In jail, and made arrangements with Judge Belo Ball for the payment of a fine of $25.09 each, on a charge of drunken ness. W. S Walters of Idaho Falls was a Blackfoot business visitor Monday. Mr. and Mrs. J. B. DeHart return ed Sunday from the trip to the coast. Forrest Kennedy returned Monday from his trip east. Citation of Mrs. Eva (Benny) Ste venson to appear in the probate court and show why she is a fit person to have charge of her minor wife has been reset for Saturday at 16 o'clock. Mrs. Dora France has been award ed the contract for taking care of Bingham county's indigent people. Miss Genevieve Hansen, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ras Han sen was critically ill from Friday un til Monday in consequence of having a tooth extracted. M. Farmer left Monday on a business trip to Dillon, Mont.
