ROUEN, May 24—A detachment of 800 Negro Wacs and 31 officers, the first to come to the continent, arrived here today. Maj. Charity E. Adams, former mathematics teacher in Columbia, S.C., is in charge of thée group— the 6888th Central Postal directory.
