CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (UPI)—Sentence was passed and served in the courtroom Tuesday on two boys, aged 7 and 10, ar rested for vandalism in a local school. Their mothers turned them over their respective knees at the court’s direction and paddled them “‘in the presence and to the satisfaction of” the arresting of ficers.
