IDENTIFIES CHIROPRACTOR AS ASSAILANT BEYOND “SHA DOW OF DOUBT.” St. Paul, Oct. 25(UP)—Dr. E. J. Engberg, St. Paul physician, in dis trict court today positively identi fied Dr. W. H. Hedberg, chiroprac tor as the man who assaulted and kidnaped him July 11 in a surgical mutilation plot. Prosecuting Attorney M. K. Kin Kead asked Engberg if there was any doubt that Hedberg was the man and Engberg replied “Not a shadow of a doubt.” Hedberg charged with first degree assault listened attentively as Eng berg’s story unfolded before Judge R. A. Walsh and a jury of 10 men and two women and an occasional question or objection was made by Defense Counsel Elwood Fitchette.
