Jim Beasley of the Beasley Produce Co. this week bought from N. Davis his 107 acre farm lying just east of “The Cedars” on the Bee Line highway. The price of this desirable suburban farm was $11,000. Mr. Davis has owned the place for some time and has improved it a great deal during his owner ship of the same. Mr. Beasley’s friends have been enquiring of him whether he is going to de velop into a “town farmer,” but he denies the soft impeach ment and says he expects to rent it out to “some other good farm er.”
