MILWAUKEE (UPI) — Memo to other National Basketball As sociation teams: Lew Alcindor is still growing. At least, the Milwaukee Bucks’ $1.4 million rookie from UCLA measures in at 7-foot-154 inches. Wednesday — two-eights of an inch taller than his previously listed height. Alcindor, who reported for his pre-season physical exam with the rest of the Bucks, was meas ured with a makeshift yardstick on a wall of the club office. “Actually, he was 7-foot-2 when we first measured him during the rookie summer camp, but the latest figure could be more accurate,’’ one of the doc tors said. Alcindor, who checked in at his playing weight of 230 pounds, said he had discarded his weight-lifting program and kept in shape during the summer by practicing basketball. All 15 players on the roster were pro nounced in good condition. They left later Wednesday for Milton College, Milton, Wis., for the, Start of training camp Thursday,
